This is one of those days when I have too much to do and not enough hours in my day to do it all.
My home looks almost ransacked in some rooms, I need to do laundry- but I might be out of soap. The dust bunnies have had babies--again.
I swear that my grocery store and big box store believe I have nothing better to do than visit them daily. I have been in both 4 times this week since Monday (it is Thurs)... and I really do not want to go back today. Some of the cashiers and door greeters- know my Name...and that is just sad.
Because... while I really try not to eat much bread... my DH apparently ate the last of it and neglected to mention it to me. Even I occasionally like a sandwich or a piece of toast. We keep the bread in the freezer for freshness and because we can't eat even a small loaf before it molds... but really- how hard is it to mention that you ate the last of it? And then he will wonder why there is no bread for pasta!
Mind you this is the same person-- who with a straight face- said that he just always thought that us girls LIKE to grocery shop. PLEEEZ...... I tell him that if I did not shop for food- we would either be broke because of all the stuff he would buy or we would have no food!. No matter what sort of list I give him-- he goes off script and buys what he wants and what he thinks might be better. Then has the nerve to ask why something tastes funny...because he didn't buy the brand he was supposed to. lol
(delivery- even for pizza is not available out in the country).
So, maybe I will have to run out for pizza because, even at this morning hour- I don't feel like cooking today and there are no leftovers. And then I can eat my pizza and celebrate the 3# I gained back-- that I had lost...and had worked hard to loose... it is just not fair!
Or realistically, I am just too busy to get in my SUV and drive the 6 miles for a pizza and I will end up shopping in my freezer and making something anyway. And the bright side is-- there will be leftovers for tomorrow!!
I am off to vacuum.....
Thanks for visiting our blog. I need to come visit you more often. Love your outlook. The dust bunnies are having babies. Our cat hair have babies all day long.
